A Space for Women’s Growth, Mindset, and Adventure


Mind & Body Adelaide is a community and coaching space for women looking to embrace their full potential. Here, we focus on mental strength, personal growth, and living life with courage and joy. Through storytelling, mindset guidance, workshops, and challenges like endurance events, I aim to inspire women to rise after adversity, build self-worth, and live a life aligned with their values.

Mattea’s Story

My name is Mattea and this is The Journey With M. In 2025, my life shifted dramatically after leaving an unhealthy relationship. It forced me to rebuild from the inside out—emotionally, physically, and financially. Through therapy, journaling, movement, mindset work, and a lot of self-reflection, I learned how powerful it is to choose yourself again.

This journey reshaped the way I view health—not just as nutrition and exercise, but as emotional regulation, boundaries, self-respect, and alignment with your values.

Mind and Body Adelaide was created from that place of healing. I now help women strengthen their relationship with food, their body, and their mindset—so they can rebuild with confidence, feel grounded in who they are, and step into a life that genuinely feels good.

Adventure & Storytelling

Life isn’t always easy, but every challenge is an opportunity to grow. I share my journey overcoming adversity, including surviving domestic violence, completing endurance events, and embracing mental and physical strength. Through these stories, I hope to empower women to trust themselves, embrace life, and rise stronger

  • My energy levels have increased

    I have been following the plan and I would say my energy has been better, I have been training well, strength has increased (made my coach laugh a few times when he kept adding the weights). Sleep advice is definitely helping, I have been reading books rather than screen time. The great news is that I have been selected for the National Powerlifting Champs in Brisbane

  • Night time cravings have stopped!

    I told my doctor I then got input from Mattea to increase my carbohydrates to reduce my craving for food just before I go to bed. The input from you has increased my energy - from eating more carbohydrates and more fruit, it stopped the night time cravings

  • No longer tired and feeling depleted

    My energy levels are much better I definitely don’t feel as depleted and tired

  • I have a greater understanding of nourishing my body

    I eat more. I feel more energetic. I’ve lost weight and I have a greater understanding of what I need to eat to nourish my body

  • Freedom from food + binge eating!

    I have learnt so much from the Nutrition and Mindset program. It has helped me so much with my binge eating and the understanding of having a balanced diet and a freedom of food! I used to stress so much about my eating and it controlled me everyday, and the aftermath of that is I would try to be “healthy” (restricting any sort of sugar) and then immediately give up and binge eat. But now I can eat anything I want without guilt, and I feel comfortable in my body. I have also improved my gut health, after assessing my diet and realising I needed more fruit and vegetables. I’m so glad I completed this program, I feel so content with my eating now!

Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) referrals from your GP are welcome. A gap fee of $124 applies for all other initial and subsequent visits

Private

You don’t need a GP referral to see Mattea. If you have private health insurance you may be entitled to a rebate for Dietetics. Please check with your insurer for more information
